{"id":358,"date":"2012-06-07T14:46:39","date_gmt":"2012-06-07T14:46:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/heidebes.nl\/hbwp\/?page_id=358"},"modified":"2016-08-12T07:06:50","modified_gmt":"2016-08-12T07:06:50","slug":"foto-vergelijking","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/heidebes.nl\/?page_id=358","title":{"rendered":"Fotovergelijk A13\/16"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>De A13\/A16 varianten met bovengrondse ligging tussen Ommoord en Terbregge en door het Lage Bergsche Bos, met een passage van de Rotte via een aquaduct, vergeleken met de inpassing van de A20 bij Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Rijkswaterstaat gaat in de &#8220;Trac\u00e9studie\/MER&#8221; (Milieu Effect Rapportage) in de loop van 2008 een aantal varianten onderzoeken voor de A13\/A16. Daaronder de volgende varianten:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tussen Ommoord en Terbregge ligt het trac\u00e9 niet overdekt op maaiveld of verdiept<\/li>\n<li>Voor de Rottekruising naast een tunnel ook een aquaduct en een brug<\/li>\n<li>Voor de passage van het Lage Bergsche Bos naast een tunnel ook een zogenaamde halfverdiepte ligging met grondwallen ter weerszijden of een verdiepte betonnen bak die van boven dus open is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Om een beeld te geven van hoe dit eruit kan gaan zien is de huidige situatie vergeleken met de inpassing van de A20 bij Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, waar de ringvaart met een aquaduct wordt gepasseerd. De situatie daar is door de hoogteligging van Ringvaart en rijksweg goed vergelijkbaar met de Rottekruising. Die kruising zal afhankelijk van de variant ergens tussen Branddreef en Vaandragerdreef komen te liggen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Er zijn steeds twee foto&#8217;s naast elkaar geplaatst. De foto met de A20 (rechts) geeft steeds een redelijk exact beeld van hoe het er op de linker situatie uit gaat zien. Dit is bereikt doordat alle foto&#8217;s zijn gemaakt met een zelfde brandpuntsafstand van 2.0 (allemaal op exact dezelfde wijze ingezoomd dus).<br \/>\nDe grondwallen van de halfverdiepte ligging zijn niet aanwezig op de A20 foto&#8217;s, maar duidelijk is, dat dit voor de inpassing geen verbetering kan betekenen, maar slechts een grotere vernietiging van aanwezige recreatiewaarden.<br \/>\nDe verdiepte betonnen bak vergt iets meer voorstellingsvermogen, maar de ingreep op de huidige situatie wordt er niet minder om.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">De A20 is 2&#215;3 rijstroken breed. De A13\/A16 zal aanvankelijk 2&#215;2 rijstroken krijgen, maar er wordt in het ontwerp rekening gehouden worden met een toekomstige uitbreiding naar 2&#215;3, waarbij overigens niet wordt uitgesloten dat 2&#215;3 al direct aangelegd zal worden. Het is dus re\u00ebel om in de fotovergelijking uit te gaan van een toekomstige situatie die vroeger of later zal gaan ontstaan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">De foto&#8217;s tonen overduidelijk aan, dat een goede inpassing van een niet volledig ondergrondse oplossing absoluut onmogelijk is.
